Susan is a graduate of Scottsdale Culinary Institute. She has shared her culinary dessert passion with numerous restaurants, including: Express Delights, Tony's Off Third and the Registry Resort.  Susan is also the Pastry Chef teacher at Sur la Table.  She is best known for her expertise in wedding cakes and hand crafted mini desserts.
